About the event
The course thoroughly covers the MARCH-E algorithm and trains students to handle various injuries, including arterial bleeding, gunshot wounds, sucking chest wounds, lacerations, and other common traumatic injuries. Students are expected to provide aid to themselves and others while dealing with simulated injuries. Scenario-based training will immerse students in diverse environments, elevating their skills to a higher proficiency level. This course is physically active and interactive, challenging students to offer aid in high-pressure situations. It fosters teamwork by exposing students to a range of scenarios. The class is designed to enhance students' skills through repeated practice. Upon completion, students will feel confident in their life-saving abilities. This is a 8-hour physically active session. Wear disposable, comfortable clothing suitable for movement and closed-toe shoes.
