Fulfillment Policy

At Save One More Life, we are committed to transparency and accountability in how we process and fulfill donations and event registrations. This Fulfillment Policy works in conjunction with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs the conditions under which refunds, corrections, or adjustments may be made.

1. Donations

  • Immediate Processing: Donations are processed promptly upon receipt.

  • Receipts: Donors will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of the transaction. Official tax-deductible donation receipts are issued via email and can be reissued upon request.

  • Allocation of Funds: All donations are directed to support Save One More Life’s programs and services in accordance with our mission.

  • Refund Policy Reference: All donations are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Event Registrations

  • Confirmation: Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing event details.

  • Access/Entry: Registration serves as proof of entry. 

  • Program Changes: While we strive to deliver events as advertised, Save One More Life reserves the right to adjust schedules,  or venues when necessary.

  • Refund Policy Reference: Registration donations are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly noted in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Recurring Donations

  • Processing: Recurring gifts are processed on the same day each month (or the nearest business day).

  • Receipts: Donors will receive an annual summary statement for tax purposes to the email provided after the end of the fiscal year, in addition to individual transaction receipts.

  • Refund Policy Reference: Already-processed recurring donations are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
