Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Save One More Life, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to fulfill our mission. Because contributions are used immediately to fund life-saving programs, all donations and payments are considered final. Please read our policy carefully before making a donation or registering for an event.
1. Donations

All Donations Are Final: Contributions to Save One More Life are non-refundable, including one-time gifts and fundraising campaign contributions.

Errors in Donation: In the rare event of a duplicate or incorrect transaction, requests for correction must be made within 3 business days. After that period, no adjustments can be made.
2. Event Registrations

Non-Refundable: Event registration fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual only if requested at least 10 business days prior to the event.

Event Cancellation by Save One More Life: If an event must be canceled, we will apply your registration fee as a credit toward a future event. Refunds will not be issued.
3. Monthly or Recurring Gifts

Cancellation: You may cancel future recurring donations by contacting us at least 10 business days before your next scheduled transaction.

Processed Donations: Donations already processed cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
